Which multivitamin tablet can be taken to maintain the immunity level?

Hi........i am 37 years old male. could u please recommend me a multivitamin tablet or pill or liquid so i can maintain my immunity level...........considering the amount of adulteration going on in almost every food item in INDIA. AT PRESENT I AM HEALTHY WITH NO WEAKNESS OR HEALTH ISSUES..? Thank you....Dinesh, jalandhar,INDIA.

Hi Dinesh, welcome to HCM.

You seem to be very healthy. Your concern towards having a healthy life is appreciated. However, its better not to rely on any supplements unless necessary. Stick to your healthy eating and consume a lot lot of fruits and vegetables which will help you in being immune. You can try organic foods if you feel there is a lot of adulteration. Fruits and vegetables are good sorces of vitamins and minerals which will help you in getting the immunity.
