This is a very common problem and unfortunately, there’s no medication for the same. The commonest cause of premature ejaculation is the anxiety of performance. Dapaoxetine is the only approved drug for it. It is basically anti-anxiety drug. Other reasons could be low self esteem, mental, physical, emotional or financial stress or previous sexual repression, hence my sincere advise would be, to consult a sex therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist to be assessed properly. The possible treatment of premature ejaculation is having a psychological session with the couple, stop-start or squeeze-pause techniques, desensitizing creams and SRRI(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) in severe cases. .
