Which Medicines Effect The Blood Sugar Level?

I am currently taking Tricor, 145mg 1xday, clairitin 10mg 1xday, trama-dol hcl 50mg 1xday, and gabapentin 100mg 1xday. I am using an insulin pump, and have had great control of sugars until starting these medications. I started them all the same day, and now my blood sugar went from 130 to now around 250! I watch what I eat, and count all carbs as instructed. I just wonder can any or all of these medicines have an effect on my blood sugars?

Hello,
Very frankly speaking, none of the medicines mentioned have a bad effect on cblood sugar levels.
Spike in your blood sugar levels could be due to some dietary mistake or there is increased demand for insulin now
Get the insulin dose changed.
Thanks
