i want to know about alternative medicine for mataformin with glimprid my age is 44years weight 50kg facing with sugar since last november

There is no alternate medicine for metformin and glimepride. You can follow diabetic diet like avoid rice in the night instead have roti's. You can have a cup of rice in the afternoon. Add oats, methi and bitter gourd in your diet.Regular brisk walk for 20 min.
Continue your medications also along with all this.
