Hello dear
Understand your concern.
If you have taken emergency contraceptive pill with in 72 hour of sex, chance of pregnancy is only 5 %. So first confirm the pregnancy. Please repeat the urine test. Better to done blood HCG or trans vaginal USG (Detect gestational sac 18-21 days after ovulation).that is very accurate for intrauterine pregnancy detection. If pregnancy is confirmed. You should use medical abortion pill (gynecologist prescription required) under the expert guidance and supervision of gynecologist. Safe method is mifepristone 600 mg followed by misoprostol two tablet 200 mcg vaginally/orally, after 6 hour again two tablet vaginally by gynecologist. If bleeding not occur dose should be modified by gynecologist. Do not use at home without proper guidance as it cause unmanageable complication like excessive bleeding and severe cramp. Post pill USG is also required to know complete process of abortion.
Hope this may help you
