Good afternoon Mrs.Rekha,
This is a common problem with kids, especially, with the school-going kids. The improvement in immunity is related primarily with her diet, ie, healthy and hyegienic diet, which she is able to digest very easily. Trying to feed her high-value diet is also not going to help her so much. Also certain health-tonics for children, like bonnibabe, can help improve her digestive power, act against worm-infestation, and thereby improve the general health of the kid, which can inturn help her develop immunity on her own. "The process of developing immunity for children has to be supported at times, but not enhanced by medications"- Regards
