Which is the best exercise to lose fat on the thighs ?

hello doctor .which is the best exercise to loose thigh fat.stationary cycling, skipping rope or yoga ...or simple height is 5.2 inches and weight 60... but my each thigh size is 25 inches...i am 21 yrs girl.what is normal thigh size..which exercise is best? and for how much duration to loose weight ?

Thanks for query,
Do exercise like walking,running,jogging,swimming,cycling,
All exercise will help to reduce thigh fat.
Pelvic exercise is also good exercise.
Go for daily 30-40 mnt a day,5 days in a week.

Hi well come to HCM.
All exercise is good to reduce fat in general, fat reduction will be maximum in the
area where it is on higher side.So exercise in general with reduction of fat will make
you in shape.Do exercie atleast for 45 to 60 minuites if no physical compulsion. Thanks
