Which Fruit Juices And Food Should Be Taken For Improving Skin Tone ?

Please recommend fruit juices/ food/ supplement for improving skin tone and colour. I am in my mid twenties, unmarried and moderately fair complexioned.

Thanks for choosing HCM..,

For midtwenties, no restriction on diet...,

But U want healthy skin diet..,

1) Take plenty of oral fluids for rehydration of skin..,

2) Don't take Fruit juices...,

Fruit pulp is advisable...,

3) Food...best for Healthy skin is...,

Green leafy vegetables...mainly Amarantus.,

Carrots...raw daily one....

Tomatoes slices....Red coloured Fruity..,

Cucumbers slices....2 times daily..,

4) Nuts... take daily 2 times..,

5) Daily one Apple ...

6) Morning 1 glass and Night before bed..,

1 glass of Milk...is must..,
