8 months ago I did something to my back/thigh area that I noticed after an airplane flight..I had an x-ray and have been to physio..also did intra-muscular needles..it just not seem to releive the pain for walking..I can only walk a little and then the pain in the lower back up the left thigh feels like a pinched type nerve..also my right foot seems to swell up when I am in more pain ......I am also overweight and trying to lose weight but can only exercise on a bike for about 10 minutes(according to my phsiotherapist) I do not have any access to a pool which I know would be good..could I do any type of exercise in the tub? I have always been very active even though I am overweight and it is really hard for me not to be able to move a lot...and of course I seem to be gaining even more weight because I cannot exercise as I should be..A bout 10 years ago I herniated the disc on the right side and the physio did traction etc..that really helped..any ideas ..please..for me ..I am just so tired of not being able to walk and stand any length of time.thank-you so much!
