Which Doctor Should Be Consulted For Severe Join, muscle Injury And Pain Management?

I am in need of pain management and do not want oxicodone or oxicotin. I have heard about injection as well as lidocaine patches. I am in my 50s and 2 back to back MVAs have taken my quality of life. No photography, shoulder and arm injury. No running, broken foot. Nerve damage front chin muscle, burns if touched. Right arm also burn and hurts. Any suggestions on the type of Dr i should look for?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I would suggest you to get yourself examined by an Orthopaedician for joint pains . You would be asked to undergo few blood tests like Hb, RBS, TLC, DLC, ESR, RA factor, CRP and Thyroid profile along with routine urine examination. These investigations will help us find out the exact cause. Discuss with your doctor.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
