hydrocele might have resulted in overlying pressure sores and infection due to congestion of skin....primary diseas is hydrocele .....get to surgeon to confirm it & treated

well i think u should immediately contact the general surgeon for the managemnet becoz it requires surgery whcih should be done soon to avoid further complications
