Which Diet And Medication Is Recommendable To Elevate Vitamin D3 Level?
Hi Doctor, I have recently done following tests due to obesity,weakness,crackling sounds from leg and bone weakness. CBC Calcium Serum VItamin D3 SBS Lipid Profile, Thyroid And found that Vit D3 level is 8 Please suggest medicines from below and the food which will raise VIt D3 level, Thanks in advance Cal-one immunutop Zing D3 Or Mashyne

Hello
When patient visit to me with Vitamin D 3 deficiency usually I advise them to take milk products and following course of drugs as follow.
Cholecalciferole 60000 I U / week on same day ( once in a week ) for 3 months ( 12 dosage in 3 months time ).
Thera after one tablet / month for next 9 months .
Total for one year , measure again level and deal accordingly .
Chewable tablets available in chemist shop as an OTC.
