Which contraceptive pill is effective for a nursing mother ?

i am 22 years old Nursing mother would like to take contraceptive for spacing . My daughter is 4 months old now and started weaning. which contraceptive method will be most effective for me?? I am healthy and have no medical history of any illness ..

hii welcome to health care magic.there are method like oral contraceptive pills,copper t,condam in which copper t best if it suits you.when ever you want child you remove it.
