Hello
Welcome to HCM
Many people trying to gain weight prefer to gain lean muscle mass instead of body fat. Consuming plenty of protein is important to help maximize lean muscle mass gains. Increasing calorie intake and exercising are also important components of healthy weight gain.
consume 1.4 to 1.8 grams per kilogram, or about 0.64 to 0.82 grams of protein per pound of body weight each day. This means a 150-pound person should consume 96 to 123 grams of protein each day to build muscle mass and gain weight.
You can meet your daily protein requirements for weight gain by consuming a variety of high-protein foods every few hours. Examples of foods high in protein include eggs, red meat, poultry, seafood, fish, soy products, dairy products, legumes, nuts, seeds and peanut butter. For example, one egg contains about 6 grams of protein, 3 ounces of meat provide about 25 grams of protein, 1 cup of milk contains 8 grams, 1 cup of cottage cheese provides about 25 grams, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter contain about 7 grams, 1 cup of lentils provides about 18 grams, 3 ounces of tofu provide about 8 grams and 1 ounce of reduced-fat cheese contains about 8 grams of protein.
These Products are natural so you dont need to worry about that
