Which Blood Pressure Reading Is Correct?

I am 23 years old weight is around 7 and a half stone height is 5:6 i had my blood pressure taken in november it was 118/87 i was told this was a bit high, i had one taken today and it was 119/97 and pulse rate 113 but told this was normal. who is right?
