What specific area(s) of the brain have been damaged as a result of a stroke if you have right hemiparesis and diminished pinprick and two-point discrimination of the right side of your head and arm. Deep tendon refleses are brisk on the right and there is a positive Babinski reflex on the right.

As motor and sensory system are involved on same side of body there is a due possibility that this brain damage is located In left cerebrum near motor & sensory area.
