Hello.Welcome.VIT B12 is found in meat and dairy products, but not in plants.Liver, kidney, sea fish, egg yolk, meat, cheese are the main VIT b12 containing constituents of diet. The only vegetable source is legumes(pulses).VIT b12 is intricately linked with FOLIC acid metabolism and it is always wise to add FOLIC acid and an iron preparation.Good luck.

thanks for query,
in this type of anaemia absorption of B12 does not take place or deficiency of food contains less B12.
You can go for injectable B12 initially and afterwards orally.
take food containing more B12,like green fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, unripe cereals or Fangavela cereals.
Ok and bye.
