The decision concerning fitness may be based on clinical symptoms.
Although exercise is good for heart, in WPW it may trigger arrhythmia.So choosing the correct exercise is very important.
Before starting with be sure with your exercise and do have a word with yourcardiologist.

You can start with
1.aerobics -walkingStart with warm up peroid ie slow walking for 5 minThen brisk walking for 5 minEnd with cool down period again slow walking 5 min (in 1st week)Increase your brisk walking duration every week a minute so at 12th week,You should achieve 30min of brisk walking and total 40 min with warm upand cool down period.i can say nearly 4 km.use road with no inclination.Minimum 5days a week.
2.you can do stretching exercises to all joints of your body withbreathing exercisein between.
3.you can trymeditationor yoga.
4. exercise should be withold if you feel any of these problemsChest pain, palpitations, over sweating, giddiness, breathing difficulty.
Competitive physical activities must be avoided.
