Hello, I am 49 yrs old just getting over the shingles!! I am looking for an over the counter pain relief. I am returning to work on Monday after 2 weeks at home. I have occasional burning pain. What can i use. I began using ASAP wound dressing gel. Is that good. Can I take a shower using AVeeno bath gel? MY doctor told me to use Capsaicin
