my uncle`s both kidney is damaged he is under dialysis and doctor said to transplant so please give me address for hospital where free kidney transplant is done for poor people because my uncle cannot afford it.His age is 45 and height is 5.10 and weight is 50

But normally Renal transplant is carried out at free of cost in almost all State Govt medical colleges in our country provided you have related kidney donor.
