Whenever it s near THAT time of the month I would feel very dreadful. Is this normal or what ?

Problem for me is that whenever it s near THAT time of the month I would feel very dreadful. I feel as though I was run over by a train, my head hurts, my body hurts, I have a slight fever, terrible cold and coughing. Is this normal or what ?

no its not normal and i think your immunity is reduced . in ayuvrda we termed it vat dosh which cause pain and other symptoms in menses.
