When Will Liver Enzymes Normalize After Stopping Alcohol?

I drank huge amounts of whiskey for several years-24 ounces every evening.Liver enzymes were off the charts. I developed severe anemia--down to 3. Had to have 6 units of blood transfusion in hospital for 5 days. I have not had a drink for 4 weeks and have been taking heavy iron doses and b-12 and folic acid in large amounts for 3 weeks now. How long until my liver and the threat of anemia--1 month ago it had dropped to 10 a few months after the transfusions--but I was still drinking massive amounts every day. When will I get back to normal with this routine? At lease I now have no desire for alcohol at all--I just drink large amonts of water

if all above results negative then
advice:

- LOW fat diet should be followed
- NO red meat
- "vegetables" should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- walk 30 to 40 minutes everyday.
- or swimming is alternative to walking
