General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my surgical experience, there is no reversal of urination pattern after certain time period of TURP surgery.

The issue might be the damage to internal sphincter, issues related to prostatic urethra or others.

In our clinic, we recommend diagnostic cystoscopy and uroflowmetry to evaluate the case precisely and guide accordingly.

Thanks.

Take care.
