Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
After going through your medical details, I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that heart rate increases according to your activity level but if during exercising you are experiencing chest pain or chest discomfort then take rest and stop exercise for some time. You need an evaluation for this, as it can be indicating towards underlying heart disease. Kindly get an ECG , echocardiography and treadmill test done and personally consult a Cardiologist for further management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
