When Should The Pentaxim Vaccine Given To A Child?
Hi, My son is 20 months old and pentaxim booster dose was scheduled on 23rd March2014 but due to unavailability I am unable to give the same and now its more than 2 month from Schedule.Kindly suggest what to do.shall I wait for pentaxim or some alternate medicine.

Pentaxim has been banned by the Indian Government(as per my knowledge is concerned).
You do not wait for it.
QUADRAVAC vaccine is administered to fight against the four diseases listed above except polio. You have to administer POLIOVAC (Inactivated Polio Vaccine, in the form of injection) for vaccination against polio separately.
This can be the better option for you.
