I had met with one girl two week before in the train in ist ac and later had a sex with her then i came to know that she is a call girl. from there i had a fear i may get hiv infection. when can i go for hiv testing. i have done testing after one week got negitive results. can i belive the results are need for again testing.

You have not mentioned in which test you have undergone.
In early stages generally NAT( nucleic acid amplification test) test is done which is a more accurate test for diagnosing in early stages.
If that test turns out negative then we can be nearly confident.
