When should Spironolactone be taken while on Vyvanse?

Hi, I have recently started taking spironolactone for adult acne. I started at 50 mg once daily in the morning, but now am at 50 mg 2X daily, morning and night. I also take vyvanse daily for my ADHD. I have noticed a decrease of effectiveness of my vyvanse since starting Spiro, and after some research discovered that it was due to the diuretic effect of Spiro. I have to take my vyvanse in the morning, so I was wondering if there was a time i could take spiro to get optimal results without interacting with my other medication? Thank you.

I have a three part question if that s ok. 1. I m currently in the active stage of mono. The virus is replicating. This is about the 8th time this has happened. My first experience was when I was active duty military. And it lasted 8 months. I would like to find a specialist who s familiar with chronic EBV. But my searches aren t successful. Any suggestions? I live outside of DC so there are plenty of specialists here I m sure. I m just not finding them. 2. With having mono, is it ok to be taking vyvanse for energy so I can function? I am prescribed vyvanse on a normal basis for CFS. But wasn t sure if I should be skipping the vyvanse for now. That s the ONLY way I m functioning now. And a 50mg capsule only lasts about two to three hours. 3. I m interested in trying low dose naltrexone for chronic pain. I ve called my pain dr. Two times actually. And I ve not gotten a response. Would there be a better person to ask? A different specialist?
