When Should Secnidazole In Canil Kit Be Used?

Hi I have advised to take canil kit for vaginal discharge and infection doctor advise to take fluconazole in afternoon , Azithromycin in next morning empty stomach and rest 2 tab of secnidazole I forgot when to take pls tell me when to take these 2 tab

The remaining two tablets should be taken the same day night of taking azithromycin.
If forgotten or skipper take it as soon as possible.
