When Should Nuvaring Be Inserted?
I m about to start nuvaring for the first time. It says to insert on day 1 or day 2-5 of your period. I was spotting yesterday but could not pick it up until today so I was going to insert it today, I had some light spotting this morning but I have not had any other bleeding. The last time I had intercourse was 14 days ago. I m unsure if I should insert the nuvaring tonight or not because Im no longer bleeding so I don t know if yesterday was actually considered the first day of my period. Should I insert nuvaring tonight or wait?

Nuvaring should be inserted during periods because it rules out your pregnant .if you have doubt about your periods better wait get your periods regular and then go for nuvaring
