When Should Bisoprolol And Pregabalin Be Taken?

Hi Is there a set time for taking bisoprolol and pregablin My mother takes 5mg of bisoprolol and pregablin capsules in the morning and at night. The chemist has given her a 7day blister pack and they have changed the night dose(9pm) to her (6pm) dose which is when she has her warfarin. Is that ok I am worried if it will make her dizzy or tired as she is unwell with heart failure, AKI , bronchiectasis and cope. She is also on oxygen 24hours a day and has oedema.
