My wife got pregnant we dont want this child now so we decided to clean it by medication. Then Doctor advised for 21 days ovral g medication we did it. And its been 4 day now she havent got her periods yet. My question is when she will get periods again?

It may take some time for her normal menstrual cycle to appear again, give it a month or two and her cycle should be regular once again. For now the delay can be anywhere from a few days to a month or even more. Ask her to be patient and stress-free.
