ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It seems that you are having allergic pharyngitis. The back of the throat or posterior pharyngeal wall seems congested or granular due to allergic pharyngitis. Steroid can cause dryness of the posterior pharyngeal wall and can result in congestion. So take warm saline gargle. Drink more water. Rinse mouth properly after spray or inhaler.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
