When Is Pregnancy Test Appropriate?

I think I might be pregnant, it's been a little over a week since the last time I was active with my boyfriend for the past 3-4 days I've been feeling sick and a little nauseous .My boobs feel like water balloons but aren't sore my stomach has been cramping a lot I took a pregnancy test but I came back negative I'm thinking because it's maybe too early to test I should be getting my period within a week

Take a UPT 8-10 days after missing your periods

Detailed answer :
A UPT will come strongly positive after 10-15 days of your missed period. so, taking one right now is absolutely waste of time and money. Also if you want to be damn confirmed about it, take a blood pregnancy test which will be positive as early as by 10-15 days after conception.
