When Do Periods Begin After Taking Deviry?

Hello doctor. I had an Ipill on 8th dec and another one on 24th dec and I got my periods on 27th dec. But after that, I did not get my periods for till date i.e. 2 months. I was prescribed Deviry 10 mg for 5 days i.e. From 13th feb to18th feb by my gynaecologist but on 14th I had unprotected intercourse. How do I know when my periods will come? The doctor told me they would come within 10 days after stopping the pill but I m afraid whether I am pregnant or not? Are there any chances that I could be pregnant?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Pregnancy is unlikely.

You can simply go for a urine pregnancy test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not.

Generally the period will reappear after ten to fourteen days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
