When Can Wheat Products Be Consumed After Taking Treatment For Wheat Allergy?

I Am Amit Sharma From ludhiana Punjab. I want to make some queries for my wife. She has lost her weight in last two months when we approach a dr. he advise some test. All Test are positive but the wheat allergy test which you call t.t.s is 92 point. Dr. advise to her clearly stop to wheat products.
Please suggest us can she start wheat with your treat in future.
