I HAD IMPLANON REMOVED 4 WEEKS AND 1 DAY AGO. STILL NO PERIOD AND NOT OVULATING. ME AND MY HUSBAND IS TTC OUR SECOND CHILD. IM HAVING SORE BREAST AND CRAMPS HERE AND THERE. SHARP PAINS ON MY LEFT SIDE AND FEELING DIZZY. WHEN WILL MY BODY GO BACK TO NORMAL AND WHEN WILL I'LL GET MY PERIOD? PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU.

Also women can become pregnant as soon as after the implant is removed. In few documented cases pregnancies were observed as early as 7 to 14 days after removal of Implanon.
