When can I expect the arrhythmia to subside?

I ve recently gone to a doctor and was explained that my feeling of my heart skipping a beat was actually a normal arrythmia associated with caffeine intake. I ve dropped my intake to very little amounts. When can I expect the arrythmia to subside?

Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic forum.
Yes.. Your arrythmia can definitely come down over 12 weeks as the caffiene withdrawal has reported good functioning of heart and lungs

Yesterday I went to the ER for presyncope. I ve always had pvcs and I was told they were benign. Yesterday I was sitting and relaxing when I felt a hard beat, then no beat for several seconds, my vision blacked so I put my head between my legs, when I raised my head all I saw were starts. Er doctor said my potassium was a little low and sent me home. Everything I read on the internet says this could be a fatal heart arhythmia v should I be concerned? I have no history of heart disease myself but a strong family history of early onset heart disease. My blood pressure and cholesterol are good and I had a stress test 3 years ago that only showed an abnormal raise in blood pressure.

Severe spinal stenosis pain - now using 100 mg of Fentanyl patch every 72 hours as well as having epidural treatment from anasthesiologist every 3 months for last few years and tramadol up to four times daily. Recently have noticed a pea sized lump in my armpit, a very, itchy skin rash on my legs and arms, which is difficult to keep from scratching under control, continuing difficulty with constipation for which I am using double dosage skin softeners and severe night sweats which make my nightie, sheets and pillows completely soaked. I have also been diagnosed with sleep apnea, using a CPAP nightly, atrial fibrillation and heart arrythmia and a racing heartbeat for which i take blood thinners and appropriate medications prescribed by a heart specialist. I also see a rheumatologist every few months who has diagnosed me with connective tissue disease, fibromyalgia, rheumatic and osteoarthritis for which I take prednisone, methotrexate and tramadeol. I have begun the severe night sweats, the lump in my armpit and the very itchy skin rash quite recently and have not yet informed my doctors as I have not seen them since their development. could you please advise me. Thank you, Marilyn Bouthot, Langley, B.C., Canada .
