Dr am 23 year female and my husband 35 year old married about one and half year trying for baby but not getting pregnancy taking scanning semen analysis thyroid and complete blood and urin are done, Dr said our all reports are normal today myvperid occur Dr suggested me fertomid 50 mg after breakfast per a day Dr wt use of this tablet and wn is intercourse time plz tell me worried about pregnancy plz ans me

The fertomid would help with ovulation, which is the release of 'eggs' from the ovaries.

This would help to improve the chances of pregnancy. If is is not helpful after using it for a few cycles, there are other medications or treatments that would help.

Assessment for infertility would include :(1) imaging of the uterus, tubes, ovaries by ultrasound
(2)a special test to make sure that the tubes are open
(3)hormonal blood tests to check the ovaries

If these have not be done as yet then you should consider having them done so that the exact cause can be determined.
