When I Go To Bed I Have A Tingling Sensation Running Through My Veins

i am34 and recovering from mumps . the last two nights when i go to bed i have a tingling sensation running through my veins, it starts in left shoulder goes down my arm and runs though to my right shoulder, its horrible. why is this happening?

Tingling in the left and right shoulder Suggest neurological symptom may due to cervical region problem.Go for X-Ray cervical spine and consult orthopedician.
