When I eat salted cashew nuts,I noticed I am having headaches ,please suggest me why it is happening ?

When I eat salted cashew nuts, I get a weird pain near my heart. I have also noticed that I am having headaches, they are really bad to a point of sometime blinded. I never knew there were side effects when consuming cashew nuts.
