General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
As per the description of your symptoms, this seems like upper respiratory infection such as pharyngitis. Perhaps you should consult with your doctor soon, so that appropriate investigation such as chest xray along with throat examination can be done. Appropriate antibiotic course will be prescribed post examination. As for now you can take over the counter Vitamin C, antiallergic and gargle medications. Hope this will help. Regards.
