Whats The Cause For Headache?
Hi, I live in Washingon so we dont get much sun and i thought this couldve been the cause of my headaches. But over these past few weeks ive really noticed that my head hurts as if im tired but no matter how much sleep i get the feeling returns could this be SAD?

It is unlikely that not getting sun will cause headache. If there are associated symptoms like straining of eyes, I'd suggest yo get a check up of your eyes as you might be needing spectacles. It might also be due to sinusitis, for which you'll have to consult a ENT specialist.
