Whats The Cause For Burns & Bumps In Anus During Diarrhea?

I have had diarrhea.for the last 24 hours and it is the burning kind. Now I noticed that there are bumps around my anus. I tried pouring water over.it instead of wiping and it burned so bad. I have been using baby wipes and diaper cream but it is still hurting

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of diarrhea and having burning in perianal skin with bumps making cleaning difficult due to pain.
This is due to severe intestinal infection causing diarrhea and the bacteria also causing excoriation of the perianal skim
I would advise you the following:
Send the sample of stool for lab as also the sample of blood for CBC, Sugar and electrolytes.
Get started on an appropriate antibiotic and Metronidazole to tackle the intestinal infection. This needs a proper valid prescription.
Take Probiotics, activated charcoal tablets, yogurt and soft bland diet.
Also take a PPI like Omeprazole.
