Whats An Alternative To Advil To Relieve Inflammation From Arthritis In Knees And Hip?

I have arthritis in both knees and one hip & have a tough time with stairs. My creatin level is 1.75. If I take 3 advil before bedtime, I'm pain free for several days and only slowly sink back. I'm 72 yrs old. Is there a second choice to relieve inflammation that I should consider?

hi,
if your creatinine level is high, you need to see a nephrologist and avoid any pain killer except paracetamol or if your doctor advise tramadol and steroid can help
in your case, I think physiotherapy is best option
