What happens to any person right after eating, especially if it's a heavy meal, is that the body is focusing 100% on digesting that food. That's why the body temperature can lower and fatigue is common. When someone has a heart disease, that person is already easily tired because of the heart that is unable to pump out blood in a normal fashion, maybe the heart needs to pump faster or harder, depending of the type of disease and other conditions of the person (like obesity). Hope this helps to clarify a bit.

I ll suddenly knock out within seconds and then realize I just fallen asleep and asked the person I was talking with to repeat themself. To be honestN in my life there is a lot going on also. I m vvery depressed and have rhought about suicide many times before. Usually with a lot of stuff going on in life I just don t wanna be around anyone. I usually don t talk about it with anyone or around anyone. In order for myself to be cured. I usually go to sleep just to get away from it.

My husband who is a 54 year old firefighter generally takes naps daily sometimes several times a day. He is a heavy snorer especially when he s had a long day. I think he has sleep apnea or some other sleeping disorder but he says hes been like this all his life. I think hes just in denial.Today he had a 45 minute exam and fell asleep twice. Does this sound normal to you?

my dad is hungry about an hour after he has eaten although he has often had seconds and thirds at dinner. He eats very fast. He then falls asleep by 8 p.m. each night and cant keep awake. I am worried he drinkis too much, sometimes a bottle of wine a night. Do you think it is something to do with his thyroid. He does not pee excessively and is not thirsty so I dont believe it is diabetes
