What Would Be The Extra Flash Just Below Vegina?

hi there, i have recently noticed that i have this extra flash jst below my vigina close to my anus its more like a pump, it does not hurt but have nerves though when pinched or pulled..any idea what causes it its irritating and now im shy for my partner to touch me there.
