injecting food coloring into your face is not advisable. At the least it may cause allergic reaction which may disfigure your face and may even eventually end up in malignancy.

I dont know why you had injected food coloring agent to your face, but as it is not sterile you may have infection. As it is foreign material it may also cause allergic reaction.
