What Will Be Foreign Particles Are Inside My Left Eye?

I am Shashikala Devi F-60, from India. I feel some foreign particles are inside my left eye. when exposed to air, heat or cold I feel swelling and pain in my left eye. As per local doctor it might be the initial stage of motiabind (Glaucoma). please suggest

Motia bind u is not glaucoma. It is Kala motia. any way it is not either Your feeling is indicating allergy or dry eye. for dry eye you have to apply artificial tear drop. F or allergy you should have itching. For allergy you have to tae antihistaminictablet like levocetrizine and apply cromal eye eye drop.
