Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
If you have normal laboratory tests for thyroid, then why do you need to take medications ?
The common symptoms could be due to another unrelated illness.
IT could be flu, viral illness, generalized malaise due to fever, anemia , vitamin deficiency etc.
Get yourself tested for the same.
You can take general multivitamin preparations ( for example A to Z capsules daily ) for general well being.
Also consume lots of fresh green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, milk, dairy products, sprouts, nuts , tomatoes, oranges, kiwi , berries etc.
Exercise regularly.
Indulge in de stressing regimens such as yoga or meditation.
Just because you have a family history of thyroid disease, that does not mean that you need to have it.
IF the tests are normal, then just do not worry.
All the best.
Take care.
