What vitamins and in what quantity should be taken for Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis ?

A lady 55 having problem many years with Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis . Small red dots on the legs. Clear and back again. Taking Colgout & Dapsone , 1x1. My questions: - what the best medicine for me?.. -Can this problem gone forever?.. -This will getting worse in cold weather?.. -What the best vitamins & how many grams each/day (vit A,C,E, or Calcium?). Pls give me answer & thank u.

Hi, Ho,
Thanks for query,
Your disease is not curable.
The treatment you take is proper,
In severe case Methotraxate cam be given if advised by an Expert.
You raise your legs,it will give you relief from burning or pain.
Pressure bandage can be applied.
You can take Vit A,E and c.
